For a long time now, Best Buy ensures that all of their customers will have their checkout wait-time minimized. How do they do this? Simple... everyone waits on one single line and is then called up to the next available teller.

Ingenious!! Seriously, though... why haven't other chains employed this same method? It's such a simple thing to implement and minimizes customer wait time.
